The service we offer is a High Quality programme of sports sessions which cover over 12 different sports and activities. We have coaching specialists in each core area including Football, Dance, Gymnastics, Athletics, Rugby and Cricket.
The sessions are designed to be flexible to each schools requirements and can be tailored to suit. We provide opportunities for sessions before, during and after school hours and have found that each session is best directed as below to ensure all elements of sport are captured and maximum participation is achieved.

8am - 9am - School/Group Competition sessions to get them started for the day.

During School - Learning, Cirriculum and skill based.

4pm - 5pm - Fun time to try out new found skills.

Holidays and Weekends - Live & Learn Inter School competitions and mixed school group events. An opportunity for stars of the future to emerge.
